Randy Cooney is a Real Estate Broker, Educator, Author, and Business Coach. He has been a favored speaker for both local and national conferences. Randy’s knowledge, wit and charm creates a very educational, engaging and always an entertaining classroom. Randy currently serves as Designated Broker for Realty Executives and President of Success Institute for Real Estate Professionals.

In his first year in real estate, Randy was recognized as Arizona’s ‘Rookie of the Year’. He went on, year after year always receiving the very highest sales performance awards. As a real estate Broker, Randy managed, and trained for Coldwell Banker and Keller Williams, both of which, under his leadership, were recipients of multiple top national awards for company productivity and profitability. Randy is most known for his mentoring, training or coaching hundreds of agents who have gone-on to become top producers. Notably, many first year agents, via his training, became “Rookie of the Year” award winners for either the state or nation.

Broker, Educator, Author, and Business Coach

In 2011 Randy became the editor and then publisher of the highly recognized “Arizona Journal of Real Estate & Business”. He was later named the “Director of Faculty” for the over 125 instructors at the Arizona School of Real Estate & Business.

Randy Cooney is a lifelong resident of Arizona and a graduate from both Brophy High, St. John’s University and Arizona State University. He has three grown children who have provided seven magnificent grandchildren.
